Q 1: Do you offer cnc lathe tool?
Re: Yes , we can provide tool, inserts and spar part, also we can supply inserts from korloy, ZCC.CT, OKE and other brand .
Q 2: Is the whole working procedure finished by your workshop ?
Re: Yes, machining, testing, laser marking, surface treatment etc are all finished by our factory,
Q 3: How about your stock ?
Re: Large qty in stock, regular type and size all have in stock.
Q 4: What is your delivery time ?
Re: It depends on your order. Normally 1-3days for stock, 10-25days for standard, 30-60 days for customized.
Q 5: How about the shipping time ?
Re: Usually it will take 4-10days for Express, 7-15days for Air, 25-55 days for Sea, it also depends on the destination area.
Q 6: How do you guarantee your quality ?
Re: Firstly, every process will do quality check, and use production instruction cards, when one process finished , our worker will be signed on the production instruction cards.
